Before finding CoLaborate HR, the founder Sue Roberts spent over 20 years in the corporate world  with experience working in different sectors such as Retail, Finance, Telecoms and BPO.  She is passionate about People and HR, many organisations are restrictive in what they do so she decided if she wanted to make a real difference she needed to build her own Company.  Sue is passionate about collaborating with her stakeholders so CoLaborate HR was born.
